Haven't updated the journal in a LOOOONG while, and been neglecting Twitter as well. I've just been so busy with university these days that I don't have time to look around deviantART, especially as it seems to be acting up for the Firefox browser now.

But in the short gap I had to write this I also took it upon myself to move all my older work to the scraps as they're only making things look messy, I look back at my old works and grimace, "Was I really that crap those years ago?". But since people might be curious to where certain pieces went, instead of deleting them I just moved them to scraps.

By the time I submit this journal it will probably be another x amount of weeks before I ever get round to doing another one, I guess I'm not the kind of guy to document his life on the internet, who really cares what somebody's day went if you don't even know them?

As for requests I'm afraid that my workload prohibits me from doing personal works without exhausting myself, but I may consider doing the ones that were sent to me by note when I have the time. I'm just not surfing deviantART as regularly as I used to through time and technical problems (serious loading issues in search, galleries, devWATCH...etc).

It seems my attempts at getting commissions have fallen flat, perhaps I'm not good enough or people are cheapy-cheap to afford 6.50. I've decided that I might need some example works to show I really am good enough, and as I haven't been drawing lately, I'm going to change that by offering requests.

I am going to use this chance to create a small list of example artworks to boost the presentation of my commissions, so please be mindful that I would prefer the permission to use any works for my benefit, such as portfolios and example artworks.

So long as you read and obey the rules and limitations, everything will go smoothly!

DO Please send ONE request via a note to this account with a title containing the word 'REQUEST:'
DO NOT send requests via the journal comments. You can ask questions, but do not state your requests as I have to tell you whether I will do them or not before going ahead.

DO NOT request anything disallowed by deviantART policy, I do not wish to draw porn or sexually graphic material. Mature themes are up for discussion.

DO feel free to request anything, I am open-minded to various particular interests within taste.
DO NOT request anything so deviant that drawing it could pull me into the party van and be given a life-long reputation of ruin.

I DO reserve the right to deny service under any condition, though more importantly to deny service to rude or annoying requestors or to simply state that my to-do list is full and that I will not need any more things to deal with at that time.
DO NOT pull the 'customer is always right' card on me, as clearly The customer is not always right.

DO be patient as I might end up getting busy at certain times of the week.
DO NOT repetitively badger me to get on with it, once a week is enough.

Journal

It's the summer holiday and I have three and a half months off! Although I have a job, I have made some rather expensive expenses recently. Please take note these are introductory prices and may change at any time, do not get butthurt if you find commissions are slightly more expensive than you saw a day ago!

Commission details

You may commission a single frame, a comic page or a sequence of frames of anything you wish. So long as it's content does not break deviantART policy, in other words, no adult stuff. Most commissions will be sketched or inked digitally with simple colour. Extra quality can be negotiated.

It costs currently costs $6.50 per single drawing (also includes per image in a sequence)

It costs $10 for every comic page, $8 if it's a newpaper-style strip.

While colour is technically free, extra quality like textures and shading will cost extra.

Note me with a short description of what you would like and I will reply back to you as soon as possible. Don't be afraid to ask me any questions not mentioned in this journal!

Returning to my journal once again after not using my account aside from favouriting for a while. I'm thinking maybe I'll schedule a weekly journal to keep things going without overrunning everybody's message centre with my incessant ramblings.

| My mum's Wedding |
My mum got married to her fiancé just yesterday (as of posting), I was the 'Son of the Bride' and had to give her away and make a speech. With the help of my sister, I managed to do so well I made every woman in the room cry at my charming speech and warrant almost every person in the room to comment how well I verbalised it.

I guess all that practising til mid-night proved useful after all!

| DreamHost come true |
After purchasing some web-space with a conveniently-timed promotional offer from a nice webhost called Dreamhost, I now have my own domain with generous disk-space and bandwidth along with it. With that said, I'm looking for anybody who needs some web-space to do whatever they want to use it for. From websites to file-hosting, I'm pretty sure Dreamhost can do it all.

But I'm sure with an offer like this, random passers-by will be tempted to scoop up a bargain and consider all this text tl;dr.

At this point in time I am personally offering hosting slots to people myself, I'm not letting resources go to just anybody, it's just not right. That's not to say I won't allow private notes regarding the webhosting slots I'm offering, just don't expect to succeed.
